Gulf Coast Claims Facility or the GCCF is essentially a method by which all the parties that have suffered damage due to the Deepwater Horizon Incident can make the claims for the damages. These claims can be made by individuals as well as business houses. Deepwater Horizon Incident was a calamity where oil spills and discharges was the main cause of the disaster.
